Mit Urteil vom 12. Mai 1998 hat das Landgericht Hamburg entschieden, daß man durch die Ausbringung eines Links, die Inhalte der gelinkten Seite ggf. mit zu verantworten hat. Dies kann, so das LG, nur dadurch verhindert werden, daß man sich ausdrücklich von diesen Inhalten distanziert.
Wir haben auf unserer Homepage Links zu anderen Seiten im Internet gelegt. Für all diese Links gilt: Wir möchten ausdrücklich betonen, daß wir keinerlei Einfluß auf die Gestaltung und die Inhalte der gelinkten Seiten haben.

With judgement from 12 May 1998 the regional court Hamburg/Germany decided that one by the yield of a link, which has to if necessary also answer for contents of the linked site. This can be prevented, so the court, only by the fact that one dissociates oneself expressly from these contents.
We have on our homepage links   to other sites in the InterNet. For all these links: we would like to stress expressly that we have no influence on the organization and contents of the linked sites . Therefore we dissociate hereby expressly from all contents of all linked sites on our homepage and do not close ourselves their contents not own.
This explanation applies to all on our homepage yielded on links of and for all contents of the sites, to those the banners or links announced at lead.
